Take along your form and documentation to a Validation Centre
(find out where yours is by typing your postcode into the Postcode
Finder - click here), they will check your form is filled
in correctly, confirm your name and address and then send
off your completed application for you.
You will then shortly
receive your cards and voucher (for rail and ferry, where
relevant, travel), in the post.
